What is our return policy?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility when exercising your right of withdrawal. If the product you received is defective, damaged, or does not match your order, please contact us so we can explain the procedure to follow. You may inspect and handle the product to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning. Any use beyond what is necessary for such inspection that results in a loss of value to the product may result in a reduction in the refund amount, in accordance with applicable law. How do I return my order?

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  1. Please complete the withdrawal form below with your contact details and order number.
  2. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your request, along with the necessary return instructions.
  3. Carefully pack the product(s) concerned to protect them during transit.
  4. Please ship your return according to the instructions provided.
  5. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a refund in accordance with the terms set forth in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
