Principle of the Operation<\/h2>\nCertain customers who have purchased an Ours Furtif Fire Starter may, after their purchase, access a dedicated page allowing them to subscribe to the Ours Furtif newsletter, receive a free digital guide and try to obtain a refund for one eligible Fire Starter.\n\nParticipation does not require any additional payment. The purchase of the Fire Starter constitutes the normal purchase of the product and not the payment of an entry fee for the operation.\n\nThe result of the participation includes a random element, in accordance with the terms described below.\n\n<h2>3. Conditions of Participation<\/h2>\nTo participate, the participant must:\n<ul>\n\t<li>be at least 18 years old;<\/li>\n\t<li>have purchased at least one eligible Ours Furtif Fire Starter;<\/li>\n\t<li>have a valid order number corresponding to this purchase;<\/li>\n\t<li>provide the information requested in the participation form;<\/li>\n\t<li>comply with these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nThe purchase may have been made on the Ours Furtif website or through a sales platform covered by the operation, including Amazon, provided that the eligible product was sold by Ours Furtif \/ ARAUZO BROTHERS or through a sales channel officially operated by the Organizer.\n\nProducts purchased from an independent third-party reseller not participating in the operation are not eligible.\n\nThe operation may be available to customers residing in different countries, provided that participation and the granting of the relevant benefit are permitted under the regulations applicable in the participant\u2019s place of residence.\n\n<h2>4. One Participation per Order<\/h2>\nOnly one participation is permitted per order number.\n\nThe same order number may therefore not be used more than once to attempt to obtain multiple results, including when the order contains several Fire Starters.\n\nThe system may record order numbers that have already been used in order to prevent multiple participations.\n\nAny attempt to circumvent this limitation may result in the cancellation of the participation.\n\n<h2>5. Determination of the Result<\/h2>\nFor each valid participation, the system automatically and randomly determines whether the participant is entitled to a refund.\n\nThe probability of receiving a refund is set at <strong>3% per valid participation<\/strong>.\n\nEach valid participation is processed individually.\n\nThe result displayed at the end of the participation is nevertheless subject to verification of the order\u2019s eligibility and compliance with these terms and conditions before any refund is issued.\n\n<h2>6. Refund Amount<\/h2>\nIf the result entitles the participant to a refund, the refund applies to <strong>one eligible Ours Furtif Fire Starter only<\/strong>, at the price actually paid for that unit.\n\nIf the order contains several eligible Fire Starters, <strong>only one unit will be refunded<\/strong>, regardless of the number of units included in the order.\n\nWhere several eligible Fire Starters are included in the same order at different prices actually paid, the refund will apply to <strong>the eligible unit for which the highest price was actually paid<\/strong>.\n\nThe refund may not exceed the amount actually paid for that unit after the application of any discounts, promotions, coupons or other price reductions.\n\nOther products included in the order, as well as any delivery charges or other additional fees, are not refunded as part of this operation.\n\n<h2>7. Verification and Processing of the Refund<\/h2>\nBefore issuing any refund, Ours Furtif may verify, in particular:\n<ul>\n\t<li>the existence and validity of the order;<\/li>\n\t<li>the presence of an eligible Fire Starter in the order;<\/li>\n\t<li>the price actually paid;<\/li>\n\t<li>the identity of the seller or sales channel;<\/li>\n\t<li>the absence of any previous participation using the same order number;<\/li>\n\t<li>compliance with these terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nIf necessary, Ours Furtif may ask the participant to provide information or supporting documents reasonably required for this verification.\n\nIf the order was placed on Amazon, the refund may be processed using the refund tools available on Amazon.\n\nIf the order was placed directly on the Ours Furtif website, the refund will, where possible, be issued using the payment method used for the order or by any other appropriate method offered by the Organizer.\n\nThe actual time required for the refund to appear may depend on the sales platform, payment service provider or the participant\u2019s banking institution.\n\n<h2>8. Free Guide and Benefit for Participants Who Do Not Receive a Refund<\/h2>\nParticipants may receive a free Ours Furtif digital guide in accordance with the terms indicated on the participation page.\n\nWhen a participation does not result in a refund, the participant may also receive a <strong>15% discount code<\/strong> for use on the Ours Furtif website.\n\nUnless otherwise stated when the code is provided:\n<ul>\n\t<li>the code may be used only once;<\/li>\n\t<li>it has no expiration date;<\/li>\n\t<li>it cannot be combined with other offers or promotional codes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nThe code cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.\n\n<h2>9. Newsletter<\/h2>\nParticipation through the designated form includes subscription to the Ours Furtif newsletter in accordance with the information presented on the participation page.\n\nThis newsletter may include, in particular, advice, news, product information, new products, commercial offers, promotions or benefits offered by Ours Furtif.\n\nThe participant may subsequently unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the emails received.\n\n<h2>10. Fraud and Misuse<\/h2>\nOurs Furtif reserves the right to refuse or cancel a participation in particular in the event of:\n<ul>\n\t<li>a non-existent, invalid or previously used order number;<\/li>\n\t<li>an order containing no eligible product;<\/li>\n\t<li>an attempt to participate multiple times using the same order;<\/li>\n\t<li>the use of false or clearly incorrect information;<\/li>\n\t<li>manipulation or attempted manipulation of the form or participation mechanism;<\/li>\n\t<li>automated or abusive use of the service;<\/li>\n\t<li>fraud or attempted fraud.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\nAn obvious technical error or a result obtained through manipulation of the system cannot create an entitlement to a refund.\n\nHowever, this provision does not allow the Organizer to arbitrarily cancel a valid participation that has legitimately resulted in entitlement to a refund.\n\n<h2>11. Availability and Technical Incidents<\/h2>\nOurs Furtif takes reasonable measures to ensure the proper functioning of the page and participation mechanism.\n\nIn the event of a technical malfunction, temporary unavailability, maintenance, an issue affecting an external service provider or an event beyond its control, the Organizer may temporarily suspend access to the operation while normal operation is restored.\n\nWhere a valid result has already been obtained and recorded before such an incident occurs, it remains subject to these terms and conditions and to the normal verification of the order\u2019s eligibility.\n\n<h2>12.
